Identifying and intervening on psychosocial risks at work: How to get there ?

With the modernization of the Loi sur la santé et la sécurité du travail (LSST), employers now have an obligation to control these risks in the workplace. In this workshop, we will address important questions such as: What are the psychosocial risks at work? What are the effects on occupational health and safety? How to evaluate them? What are the legal aspects? How are employers and unions positioned? What do we know from the OSMET Longitudinal Study (ELOSMET)? The meeting is intended for human resources managers, union stakeholders, joint sector-based associations, employer representatives, workplace intervention professionals, etc.
